Risk Management

Risk Management is an integrated function within all departments and processes that works to support the overall corporate strategy.

Risk Management department has the following responsibilities:

  • Continuous overall assessment of Dimah Capital
  • Portfolio analysis using risk based approachincluding systematic limit monitoring
  • Regular identification of financialand non-financial risks
  • End to end departmental process risk assessment
  • Maintenance of strong internal control by continuous checks and balances
  • Bringing the company to operational best practices and risk management and control systems
  • Building risk aware culture through workshops / knowledge transfer sessions with Business units
  • Work with Management and Business units to mitigate high risks measured by potential reputational and financial impacts
  • Maintenance of control over functional processes through Risk Control matrices to both monitor identified risk and manage them out
